Prophecy

It was a quiet day in late fall
when Munch-Munch went skipping
down the trail to meet her dad
at work. But what happen that
day, changed her life forever.

The story I have written is about a young girl named Munch-Munch and the events that unfold around her. Munch-Munch is a katta, which are humanlike with varrying amounts of catlike features. The cat features vary depending on which cat species is present. There are common cat-people, and other cat-people which include Panther, Lion, Cougar, and so forth. Some have large catlike ears others dont, but most if not all Katta have tails.

She lives on an isolated island in the middle of the Grand Ocean. There is very little outside contact even though they have a major sea port in one of their cities. There is no national government. Each city has its own mayor. They are either appointed or voted on. They are given the utmost respect and authority in the region. The island's southern half is dominated by hills and mountains which are covered by forests. The village where Munch-Munch lives, Nigeb, is near the coast and is located in a open area with little to no trees. The major source of livlyhood for the villagers is agriculture. They grow their own food and have their own livestock. Their houses are mostly one story log or thatched houses with the higher ranked people having two story houses. Munch-Munch was originally created for the Role-Playing Game, Big Eyes Small Mouth. It was combined with AD&D rules to create a very well done RPG. The story the DM had was well done and very well carried out. But the game sped to a halt before we could finish, so Munch-Munch, who I thought was a great character, was left with no where to go. I decided to write a story about her past. The idea took off and currently the story is 100+ pages long. I have shown the story to a few people and they have loved it. I have changed a few parts thanks to their input as well. I thank them for their contribution.

"Remind me again why I'm the one carrying Munch-Munch?"
"Because Mamoru, I'm leading us, Ryvane has two swords strapped to his sides, and Celeste is a girl. Thus leaving you to carry her."
"Think of it as a muscle building experience," Ryvane chimes in.
"Oh yeah, great thought there. If this builds muscle then why don't you carry her? You look like you need it more than I do."
"What'd you say?! You wanna say that to my face!"
"Was I not close enough that time? Should I shout it for the whole world to hear?"
Celeste shakes her head, "I liked it better when there was only one guy..."

Main Characters

	This is, of course, Munch-Munch. The main character in the story, everything revolves around her. She encounters many people in her journey and does many amazing things.
	Mamoru Nakama, arrived on the island and was immediatly hated by the cat people. Why? Because he's different, what more of a reason do they need? Mamoru protects Munch-Munch all the time. Is there something between them, or is it just me?
	Known simply as Celeste, she is the offical guardian angel of Munch-Munch, as opposed to Mamoru, who is self appointed. Celeste helps Munch-Munch accomplish her goals, but she also has a mission of her own to accomplish.
	Wait a minute, I dont remember writing this guy into my story...but I think I will. He looks pretty cool. Dont know where i'm gonna fit him in, but I'm sure something will come up.
	One of the semi-bad guys running around in the story. He is a main character so I thought i'd make a page for him. He's kinda mysterious.
